There’s a wealth of resources including telephone, email, chat as well as our Help Desk website which is packed with videos, FAQs, and much, much more! You can also join the BuildingWorks Academy to make sure you keep up to date with latest hints and tips.

Can more than one user use BuildingWorks?

Yes! The beauty of BuildingWorks is the shareability of the BuildingWorks file! So share and share alike. With “Shareable” pack & go files you can ping your BuildingWorks files to colleagues for review and amends however they will also need a licence of BuildingWorks themselves. During your BuildingWorks Premium Trial configuration you can choose multiple licences so that you and other team members (authorized users) can co-trial it with you. These operate on a named concurrent user basis.

If you choose multiple licences during your Premium Trial configuration only that number can use it at the same time. E.g. you might choose 3 licences. However there is nothing stopping you installing more than that number on other machines e.g. 5 computers but you would need to move the licences between the 5 computers – only 3 can use it at one time.

You can move the licences between you using our website. Log in to the BuildingWorks website and select My Account | Manage & Assign Licenses where you can assign a particular license to a given email address (that’s how we differentiate between users). You also assign a password at the same time.

See our full Terms & Conditions.

The terms of our license agreement are fully outlined in our Subscription Terms and End User License Agreements (EULA). You must agree to the Subscription Terms. Before Trialling and a EULA is displayed before you install (both trial and registered versions). As always, if you have questions regarding our license, please do let us know.
